Teamwork Award
Teamwork
Awards recognize and reward outstanding accomplishments by groups
of two or more employees. All members of a group are eligible for the Teamwork
Award. One-half or more of the group must be regular employees within the
Division of Business and Finance, but members from outside Business and
Finance will also receive a certificate.
Nomination Form: 
Complete the form and print. Obtain required signature, and distribute as
instructed on the form.
