The International Cotton Institute application contains eight (8) sections that require you to enter or select information:

1. Personal Information
2. Contact Information - including uploading your electronic photograph (passport photo)
3. Company/Organization Information
4. Personal Background
5. Living Preferences
6. Business References (3)
7. Program Acknowledgements (Application Submission)
8. Payment Selection (Securely Online or by Certified Mail)

WARNING: Do not exit the Web application process before completing all eight sections of the application. Exiting before completion of each section will result in your information being lost.

A $500 application fee must be received by the University of Memphs before your enrollment application will be processed. This fee is non-refundable and is for the 2010 application only. It cannot be applied to an application for any other year.
