Fee Payment Deadlines

NEW FEE PAYMENT POLICY: Deletion of classes for non-payment has been changed to before the first day of class for the semester in order to remain in compliance with federal financial aid requirements. Carefully review the registration dates and the corresponding fee payment/deletion deadlines on the Bursar's semester calendar.

NOTE: Any student who wishes to re-register for any  2nd and 2nd Teach summer POT classes with remaining seat availability may do so beginning at 8:00 a.m. on  June 6, 2013.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  All courses should be paid by the fee payment deadline in order to avoid deletion of courses.  If you decide not to attend or you decide to drop a course(s), you must drop that course(s) from your schedule.  Your fees for dropping courses may be adjusted based on the refund policy in effect on the date you drop.
  • Installment Payment Plan is NOT available for summer.

Example:  If you register for a Pre-Summer course and a Full Term course, the fee payment deadline for both courses is May 10.  If you do not pay for both courses in full or you do not have enough financial aid/scholarships to pay in full, then you will be deleted from both courses.  If you reregister/register for the pre-summer and full term on May 11 you will be assessed a $100 late registration fee. Fee payment deadline for these two courses will be May 13 to avoid the assessment of a $100 late payment fee. If fees have not been paid by 4:30 p.m. on May 14, then both courses will be deleted for nonpayment.  On May 15, you can reregister for the full term course and the fee payment deadline will be May 31.

Deadline to sign up for eRefunds (direct deposit) on TigerXpress for processing excess financial aid/scholarship refunds as available for the initial direct deposit.
NOTE: Students who miss this deadline should still sign up in preparation for subsequent disbursements.

eRefunds - Direct Deposit refunds will begin to post to students' bank accounts

GA Contracts due to Graduate School

First day State, UT and TBR employees, using PC191 fee waiver program and students using the Disabled or Senior Citizen Reduced Tuition/Tuition Waiver may register for summer classes.

NOTE: Students who register prior to this date will be denied the opportunity to use a space-available fee waiver program for this semester.

2nd Session - Fee Payment Deadline (4:30 p.m.) to avoid classes being DELETED for students who register for any 2nd POT ONLY between June 5 – July 8,  2013.  COURSES DELETED IF NOT PAID IN FULL
