

After receiving your University ID, you may go to Client Services, 124 Administration Building, to setup up your Universal UserID (UUID).
The UUID is a username shared among various services delivered to students, faculty and staff by Information Systems. Your UUID forms your e-mail address as follows: UUID@memphis.edu. This is your official address used by the University.
Following the initial account creation for Administrative users, the faculty/staff member can then visit the Spectrum portal login page and use the links in the bottom left corner, or visit a card swipe machine to reset his/her account password.
