

The information contained here is to help you, as a new employee, to get a brief overview of what to expect during your employment at the University of Memphis.
On your first day of employment, you should report to Human Resources, 159 Administration Building, to sign your contract, have your University ID made, and complete other employment paperwork. The following information may also be discussed:
*For insurance purposes, a full-time employee is scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Part-time employees are scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week.
