New Faculty Benefits Packet
A blue Benefits Notebook for each new faculty member will be delivered to each department during the first 2 weeks of August. Please check with your department to pick up your packet. The packet contains an I-9, W-4, and direct deposit forms; information on how to obtain a University ID, parking, and University e-mail account; and information about the benefits offered by the University.
Please read your packet prior to orientation and bring it with you to orientation.
