Pay Grades & Ranges
Each title used in the University's plan is assigned to a pay grade number, and each pay grade is given a pay range showing the minimum, control point, market and maximum of the range. To obtain the pay grade number for a title, select Pay Grade Assignments. To learn the minimum, control point, market and maximum for a pay grade, select Pay Grade Ranges.
