Berlinda Williams-Strong has "come back home" in the sense that she is a University of Memphis graduate. Prior, working at the City of Memphis as the Quality and Professional Development manager, she was afforded an opportunity to hone her managerial skills while continuously sharpening training plans and programs. Berlinda has Certified Professional Trainer and FranklinCovey Leadership certifications. She has been employed in U of M’s HR Training since June 2007.
