Margaret Anne joined The University of Memphis in June 1999 after spending 30 years in the medical insurance billing profession, in which she managed the billing, collections and customer service departments. As a part of her duties in Records, Margaret Anne coordinates the "Key Reps" group established to educate the University community on changes in the Human Resources processes.
