Mailbox Rental & Renewal
You may now purchase your University of Memphis mailbox rental online! Just go to our online store, and make your selection for a new mailbox rental or a renewal. Once you have paid via credit card or checking/savings account, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions for how to pick up your mailbox key.
Mail Services Online StoreGeneral Information
- All mailbox rentals are non-refundable. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing.
- To pick up your mailbox number and key, please visit our campus postal station, located in 104 Richardson Towers. Please bring photo ID and your purchase receipt.
- Student mailbox rentals expire each semester and may be renewed, generally before the first day of classes.
- Faculty/Staff mailbox rentals expire one year from the date of purchase. They may be renewed anytime.
