Web-based Virtual Training Requirements

• Computer with sound capabilities
• Computer speakers and/or head phones
• Internet Web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)
• Flash Player 7.0 or higher plug-in
  • What is a plug-in?
    You do not have the Flash plugin installed, or your browser does not support or have Javascript enabled.

    Please update your Flash Player. Flash training requires the Adobe Flash Player, version 7 or above.
  • Instructions on Updating/Installing Flash Player
• Internet high-speed connection (On-campus/Off-campus cable/DSL). Users with slower connections (Off-campus, dial-up modem) can contact the Office of Business and Finance Support Services for a copy of the training on CD. Note: A Web browser and Flash Player 6.0+ are still required. Send an e-mail to bfsupport@memphis.edu for CD requests.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (5.0 or above). Get Acrobat Reader.
