Customize your My Banner Menu
From the GUAGMNU form, double-click on My Banner to expand the folder, then double-click on the [Empty; Select to build.] GUAPMNU form.

My Banner Maintenance allows you to list forms on your My Banner menu. You can either scroll down
the list on the right to locate forms, or you can perform a query search if you know part of the form name. To perform a query
search first make sure your cursor is positioned in the list on the left. Then click on the Enter Query icon
to clear the contents of the list.

In the Object field, enter a portion of the form name or group of forms for which you are searching. For example, to find all
forms beginning with NB, enter NB% (% = Banner wildcard character). This query will return all forms beginning with the upper-case
letters NB. Click on the Execute Query icon to continue.

In the list that appears, locate and double-click on the forms to highlight the ones you would like listed on your My Banner
menu. Select the Insert button (the single, right-directing arrow button [ > ]) to move the selected forms to your My Banner
forms list. Do not select the Insert All button (the double arrow button [ >> ])
as it will move all of the forms to the other side.

Click on the Save button to save your selections and then exit Banner completely. My Banner will not update
until you log out and then back into the system.

When you log back into Banner your My Banner menu will be updated.

To make changes to your My Banner menu, double-click on the Organize My Banner [GUAPMNU] form.

To remove forms from your My Banner forms list, double-click on the form(s) you want to remove to highlight them. Next, click
on the Delete button (the single, left-directing arrow [ < ]) to remove them from your list. Click on the Save button to save
your selections and then exit Banner completely.

When you log back into Banner your My Banner menu will be updated.
