Gaining Access to Tigerbuy
To gain access to Tigerbuy, potential users must attend a two-hour training course to learn how to navigate and use the system.
TIGERBUY Requisitioner Training (Beginner)
This session is intended for individuals to learn the available functionality to create purchase requisitions without difficulty for the purchase of goods or services.
TIGERBUY Approver/Receiver Training (Beginner)
This session is designed for individuals who are a Financial Manager, Designee or Approver in Banner Finance. Training is aimed at approving requisitions and entering receivers for payment of invoices.
Upon completing the class,
- Users who already have access to Banner Finance will automatically be granted access to the Tigerbuy production environment.
- Users who do not have Banner Finance access must submit the form Request for Spectrum B&F Access to Business & Finance Support Services, 151 Administration building with the appropriate signatures.

This session is designed to assist current requisitioners with any issues and questions related to TIGERBUY.
TIGERBUY Approver/Receiver Training (intermediate)
Prerequisites: TIGERBUY Approver/Receiver Training (Beginner)
This session is designed for current approvers/receivers of TIGERBUY to ask questions and review steps related to approver and receiver roles.
